We reply to messages within one business day, and to complaints about a live order within 24 hours.
A problem with an order?
Open the order from “My orders” in the app and choose “Raise a complaint”. Including the order number makes it much quicker to handle.
An office that wants to join?
Register your office from the app or the provider sign-up page. You will need your commercial registration, licence and IBAN certificate. Applications are reviewed within two business days.
Deleting your account
You can request permanent deletion of your account from the account deletion page.
