Payment methods
Payments are accepted in the app in two ways:
- Bank cards through a licensed payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
- The in-app wallet, which can be topped up by card and spent on orders.
Price and VAT
The service price, VAT and final total are shown before you confirm an order. Nothing is added afterwards and there are no hidden fees.
All amounts are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
When you are charged
The amount is taken when the order is confirmed. If the office declines, or the response window passes with no reply, the amount is returned to you under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Office billing
Registered offices work under one of two commercial models: a commission on each completed order, or a visibility plan subscription. Commission details and financial settlements are shown inside the office dashboard.
Transaction security
Every payment travels over an encrypted connection, and its result is verified directly with the payment gateway before an order is honoured — no order is activated on the strength of what the browser reports alone.
